  8. Prepare the tempering by heating 3 tsp oil. add in ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp jeera, 1 tsp sesame seeds and pinch of hing.
  9. Also add 2 green chilli, few curry leaves and allow to splutter.
  10. Further add ¼ cup water, 1 tsp sugar and ¼ tsp salt.
  11. Mix and boil the water wellpour the tempering over dhokla.
  12. Garnish the dhokla with 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 2 tbsp fresh grated coconut.
