  4. For dip- add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoon of chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon salt and water. Make a thin dip
  5. Take a cutlet mixture in your hand make it desired shape and put it into the dip. And coat it with bread grams keep aside for 5 min.this is 1st time dip.
  6. After that take the cutlet again put it into the same dip for 2nd time. And coat it with bread grams.
  7. Heat oil in pan for deep fry.
  8. Put the cutlet in the oil and deep fry it.
  9. Our cutlet is ready. If you dip the cutlet 2 time only you got more crispy cutlets.
