  2. Apply ginger garlic paste and all the ingredients except oil and rub them nicely on paneer
  3. In a bowl take maida, corn flour, salt, pepper add some water and mix nicely to make a nice coating, consistency has to be like bhajiya batter.
  4. Grind bread into to make bread crumbs, keep the coating aside.
  5. Take one paneer piece dip in maida corn flour mixture and coat with bread crumbs. Repeat for all the paneer pieces
  6. Keep the paneer pieces in freezer for minimum 15 minutes, you can make and keep these before party this can be kept in freezer for 1-2 days.
  7. Head oil in a kadai and fry 2-3 pieces at a time on medium flame. Fry till fingers are golden.
  8. Remove and serve with your favourite ketchup 😊
