Make ready 1 medium size lauki, 250-300gm

Instructions to make Lauki Bharta:
Chop small pieces of lauki and Boil it with 3-4whistle add bit salt along it, after it cools down mash up the lauki and keep a side.
Now take a pan and add oil and Cumin seeds, when it starts crackling add onions and tomatoes and shallow fry them until it gets soft, add spices and garlic paste to it and lastly add the lauki mixture to it and cook well and mash in between like how we do during preparing Pav bhaji… Within 5-7 mins you will see oil releases from the bharta and turn off them and garnish coriander leaves and 4-5 drops of lemon.Ready to eat yummy Lauki Bharta
