Instructions to make Katori Chaat/ Chana chaat in papri cups:
Make a dough with flour, salt, oil and water as required. And make a thin roti. Then cut out small rounds with the help of any cookie cutter or jar cover.
Now use a ladle(doodh wali doi) to make the katori. Stick these small rotis around the ladle(doi) pressing nicely.
Pre heat the oil in a wok, for deep frying. Put the ladle into the wok, holding from the back. And remove the ladle as soon as the katori leaves itself.
Make all the katoris same way and keep aside to cool.
Now in a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the chaat and all the chutneys as per your taste. Add salt and chaat masala also as per your taste.
Now put some chaat into each katori, then pour 1 tbsp of each chutney, pinch of chaat masala and pinch of papri.
