  10. Grind the tomatoes onion mixture to a fine puree.
  11. Take a pan. Add a spoon of oil. Put puree. Cook it for 5 min.
  12. Put 2-3 spoon cream, kasuri methi, garam masala. Cover and cook for 2 min. Gravy ready
  13. To serve put gravy first in a dish. Thn cut kofta into half a the place it on top of it. Garnish with cream and coriander.
