  16. Take 1-2 Bay leaves
  17. Take Dash fresh lime juice

  19. Take 1 tbsp Crushed Kasoori methi
  20. Take 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  21. Get 1/2 tsp Anaardana powder

  1. Heat oil in Kadhai, add cumin seeds, Hing, chopped onions and bay leaves.
  2. Add green chillies, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Stir.
  3. Add dry ginger powder, kitchen king, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Now add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste and salt (as per your taste).
  5. Add chaat masala, sprinkle some water. Mix well.
  6. Now add soaked & boiled Chole, Anaardana powder. Mix well.
  7. Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh lime juice (as per your taste) and MiX.
  8. Sprinkle some more onions and tomatoes. Serve hot with Kulche, Poori or Parat Parantha.
