  14. Take 1/2 cup Water
  15. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon Dashi Powder
  16. Get 1 teaspoon Sugar
  17. Get 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  18. Take 1 tablespoon Mirin

  5. Half fill a bowl with Freshly Cooked Rice and cover it with the Tempura. Drizzle the sauce over, top with Spring Onion and ‘Shichimi’ and enjoy.
