Make ready 1/2 cup arhar dal
Prepare 1/2 cup moong dal
Get 2 tbsp ghee

Get 2 dry red chilli
Take 1/2 tea spoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Get 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
Make ready Salt as per taste
Instructions to make Dal Fry:
Wash and soak dal for 30 Minutes. Cook dal in presure cooker on high flame for 3-4 whistle. Mash dal with the masher.
Heat pan add ghee. Now add mustard seed and cumin seed. Now add dry red chilli, tejpatta, hing, garlic and ginger.
Add onion saute it. Now add chopped tomatoes.
Now add haldi pawder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala. Fry it, tomatoes become soft.
Now add boiled dal, water and salt. Mix it well. Cook it till required thickness. Add fresh chopped coriander.
Serve with steam rice or jeera rice..
