  15. Make ready Chat masala (1-2 pinch)

In this variation, you can add any of your favorite boiled Sprouts like Moong and Chana. Just make sure you completely remove the excess water from them. Otherwise, the Murmuras will soak all the water from Onions, Tomatoes, and Sprouted Beans. You can also have this Bhel for breakfast.

Steps to make Sprouted BHEL (No fire recipe):
  1. Step 1 :- Make a sprouts from green gram (moong beans) and desi chickpea beans :- Wash a beans couple of times with running water and soak them in sufficient water for at least 8 hours or overnight. Once you soak them, they double in size. Now rinse again and place them in a sprout maker, a container or drop them in a wet muslin cloth. Keep it undisturbed for at least 15-20 hours. You will see sprouts germinating from the moong and checkpea.
  2. Step 2 :- Make a Sprout Bhel and serve :- Take a large bowl mix both sprouted beans and then add all dry ingredients. Now Sqeeze a half of lemon juice, add green chutney and sweet date tamarind chutney, mix it well. Take out in a serving bowl and sprinkle chat masala,sev and decorated with coriander leaves. Your Bhel is now ready to serve.

I am really not a big fan of bhel puri but love it just for the crunchness of sev and pori. I made no tomato version just for me and enjoyed as raw tomato is a big no The ingredients list, sounds and looks long but you can prepare the chutneys and papdi in advance. Once the ingredients are ready its a no cook. Bean Sprouts are an extremely healthy and delicious way to enjoy legumes. Although sprouting can seem intimidating to some, it is really an easy process.
