1. In a bowl add milk,yeast,powdered sugar,salt and 1 egg.mix well and keep aside for 10 min.after 10 min yeast activate.now add butter and all purpose flour.
2. Mix well and knead a soft dough.cover with cling film and rest it for 2 hours in a warm.place.after 2 hours it become double in size and fluffy.punch it…place the dough on kitchen counter,sprinkle some dry flour and knead for 5-6 min.now divide the dough in different parts as shown in picture.
3. Now assemble these parts.Give a shape of teddy.give egg wash.make eyes and nose with the help of raisins.
