  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Place thawed chicken breasts in casserole pan and coat with desired seasonings.

  5. Finally add 2 cups of water to the pan and any added seasonings or toppings. (I sprinkled parmesan and mozzarella over top of mine)
  6. Cover and Bake for 60-90 minutes depending on size of chicken and potatoes. Voila!

How to make butter creamy baked chicken: Start by dipping the chicken breasts in water and coating with herb mixture. Place chicken in the baking dish. Dot the chicken with pats of butter. Take chicken out of the oven and pour in the milk mixture (dry milk powder plus hot water). The chicken is perfectly tender with golden crispy edges and then there's the sauce….!
