  10. Remove thick marinade bits stuck to chicken pieces and coat with flour mix pressing hard so bits of flour stick to chicken. This is for crunch.
  11. Get a pan with 2 cm of oil heating to 160-170degrees (medium high). how do you know hot enough? Stick a vertical wooden chopstick in the middle, bubbles all around it jumping will tell it’s hot enough…
  12. Add chicken pieces max 6-8 pieces at a time to preserve temp. Cook 3 minutes per side
