6. Fry Chicken pieces achi trah thanda hona chaye. Phir he batter perfect lgyga. Batter mix kiye hue mein fry chicken piece dal kar marinate kar lein.20 mint ke liye rakh dein
7. Karahi mein 1 & half glass water dal kar stand rakh kar surakh wala dhkhn rakh dein
8. Phir chicken pieces rakh kar dhkn de dein. dum se thori zyada anch mein 1 hour steam dein.
