  17. Take For Namkeen Mutton Champs
  18. Take 1 kg Mutton Champs
  19. Get 3 Onions Slices
  20. Take 3 tomatoes chopped
  21. Take to taste Salt
  22. Prepare 1 tbspn cumin seeds
  23. Take 1 tsp black pepper powder
  24. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  25. Make ready 1 tbspn whole spices
  26. Make ready 1 tbspn coriander powder
  27. Make ready Oil (as required)
  28. Take 1/2 tsp garammasala powder
  29. Get 4-5 green chillies
  30. Take 1 pinch black seeds
  31. Prepare 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  32. Get 1 cup water
  33. Get For garnish 1 green chilli, fresh coriander leaves,gram masala

Steps to make Chicken Pulao & Namkeen Mutton Champs:

  7. When the masala is ready the oil will have risen to the top and the chicken will be tender. This can take anywhere between 25-35 minutes depending on your chicken.
  8. Once the chicken is done add the rice, green chillies, and 3.5 cups of water to the pot along with 1.5 tsp salt
  9. Mix well and taste, it should be just a little salty.
  10. Bring the pulao to a boil and cook partially covered until almost all the water has evaporated then close the lid completely for 5-8 minutes until the remaining moisture has absorbed and the rice is done.
  11. For champs Ingredients..
  12. Add all ingredients mutton,oil and tomatoes in pressure cooker cover it cook on slow heat for 30-45 minutes until meat is tender.
  13. Remove lid and cook for 5 minutes add 1 cup water (Optional) cook on high heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently until oil separates.
  14. Garnish with coriander leaves,green chilli and garam masala… Serve with raita and kachomar salad..
